Rays lefty Ian Seymour makes his pitch in start against Red Sox. The Rays like the way their starting pitching lines up at the big-league level with —if all get through the spring healthy — the good problem to have of choosing a starting five from six worthy candidates. One of those pitchers, lefty Ian Seymour, showed his stuff in Wednesday's 8-2 exhibition win over the Red Sox. Seymour worked the first two innings, striking out Boston frontliners Jarren Duran and Alex Bregman and allowing just a walk to a lineup that also included Triston Casas, Trevor Story and Ceddanne Rafaela.
